Rental Party

Guests at Alp n'rose are limited to three. Exceeding the number of stated and agreed persons may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Payment

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due 28 days before arrival.

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • 90% if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the Check-in Date
  • 50% (30% for Hi Season) if cancelled 30-59 days prior to the Check-in Date
  • 0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to Check-in

Liability

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

The Owner is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond his control.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

House Rules

Smoking is allowed in outdoor living areas only. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional Sfr 100 cleaning fee.

Noise levels should not cause a nuisance to other residents of the house.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Breakages, loss or damage to the property or its contents is to be payable by the guest. If unfortunately a damage occurs, please tell us what broke, so that we can replace/repair it before the next guest arrival.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

The guest must report any inoperative or defective equipment to the owner promptly. The owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure that all the advertised equipment and appliances are in working order at the commencement of a rental period, no reduction of rent; rebate; or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV or other appliances.

Pets are NOT allowed in the home at any time.

Parking

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Garage spot Nr 2.

Housekeeping

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental. For rentals of more than one week, the linens and bath towels will be changed.

Check-out procedure

Prior to check-out, guests are required to do the following:

  • Empty the fridge and freezer of any food items.
  • Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Be sure that all doors and windows are locked.
  • Bring the trash bag to the container near the cable car.

If you want to enjoy your last day in the area after the check out time, please just park your car on the parking on the road.

Cleaning fee

A Cleaning fee of Sfr 140 is charged for standard use of the appartement. If the appartement is left in a condition beyond conventional use, we will charge an higher fee to cover extra works.
